What is Pep Shop?


Pep Shop is an online pop-up fundraiser for United States Artists carrying limited-edition socks, pins, and stickers. The generous contributions from this fundraiser will directly support the practices and well-being of artists in all corners of the United States and will inspire the next generation of USA Fellows. Purchase anything from the Pep Shop and you will be entered to win a handwritten Pep Talk by a cultural icon. Every Monday morning through December 16, we will reveal a new Pep Talk. To win that week’s Pep Talk, you must make a purchase from the Pep Shop that week. If you win a Pep Talk, you will be notified via email between January 6-10, 2020.




What is United States Artists?


United States Artists is a national arts funding organization based in Chicago, IL. We raise money and redistribute it in the form of unrestricted awards to the country’s most compelling artists and cultural practitioners. Since our founding in 2006, we have awarded more than 550 individuals with over $25 million of direct support.




How long will my order take to arrive?


Shipping costs are included in the price of each Pep Shop item. We can only ship within the United States via USPS Domestic Ground shipping. We ship all of our gifts out on Wednesdays and Thursdays of every week between November 4 - December 20, 2019. Each shipment will take 5-7 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Our shipping charges and schedule are subject to change at any time. All orders must be placed by December 20, 2019, at 12 A.M. CST. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about your order we are always available to help at hello@usapepshop.org.




What is your return, refund, and exchange policy?


All sales are considered a tax-deductible donation to United States Artists, so please choose your gift carefully because Pep Shop cannot offer any refunds, process returns, or manage exchanges at this time. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please contact our support team at hello@usapepshop.org, and we will be happy to help!




What if I need help with my order?


We are always happy to help! Contact our support team at hello@usapepshop.org, and a team member will answer any questions or concerns about your order within 24 hours. All orders must be placed by December 20, 2019 at 12 A.M. CST.




What are Pep Talks?


Each week throughout the run of Pep Shop, November 4 - December 20, a Pep Talk from a cultural icon will be released online at usapepshop.org/peptalks. The Pep Talks are written on 8 ½ x 11 pieces of paper that contain messages of positive emotional power around the theme of support, care, and motivation for and from artists. Purchase anything from the Pep Shop in any given week and you will be entered to win the Pep Talk from the cultural icon of that week!




How do I get a Pep Talk?


Purchase anything from the Pep Shop or make a donation of any size and you will be entered for a chance to win the original Pep Talk from a cultural icon. Each icon’s Pep Talk will be revealed every Monday morning at 9 AM CST through December 16, 2019. To win a particular, individual icon’s Pep Talk, you must make a purchase or a donation from the Pep Shop in the week that they are featured. Making more than one purchase does not increase your chances of winning. If you win a Pep Talk, you will be notified via email shortly after the close of the Pep Shop. Winners will be chosen at random and we have the right to refuse the letter to any individual for any reason.
